Welcome to 212º the blog! Since this is our initial posting we want to introduce what our name signifies. This blog represents the key element to cause change in your life and go to the next level in all of your personal or business endeavors. 212º is all about the pursuit of greatness. It’s about matching your desire to win with the willingness to do whatever it takes to win and live your dreams. The concept of 212º was introduced to us by Bradley Martin but was created by Simple Truths as an inspirational DVD presentation.
The philosophy behind 212º is rooted in chemistry. 212º is the temperature at which water boils. We all understand that boiling water causes steam, and steam is used to power trains and ships. There is no doubt about the impact transportation has in our world. Realistically, none of this would be possible if the water only reached 211º. Simply put, one degree makes all the difference!!
The same can be said for our lives and our businesses. If you observed all of the companies that get your business and asked yourself, “Why am I a customer?” “What separates this product or service from the alternatives?” We can almost guarantee you that the difference is always in the details! One additional degree in effort separates the good from the GREAT. Typically, there is a positive correlation between one’s greatness and a commitment to excellence. History shows us the margin between 1st and 2nd place is technically small, but the difference in reward is drastic! The principles of 212º shows us that your ability to achieve greatness is in your control. With this, we challenge you to Turn Up the Heat!!

this is a very inspiring clip. they played this clip in one of my classes. the man on the think big CD even talks about this. he uses the difference between a winner in a horse race. refer back to CD 1.
